We currently ship to countries in Europe and the United Kingdom. 

• HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

We ship from Lisbon, Portugal. Shipping costs in Portugal is 3.00 euro. This includes shipping to the islands. Shipping cost for other countries in Europe and the United Kingdom is 6.15 euro. 

• WHICH SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We send your shirt from Portugal with local shipping service (ctt.pt) and add tracking to each order. 

• WILL I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL TAX OR IMPORT DUTIES?

No, al taxes and duties are included in the final price for all European countries. 

• HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We send your order from Portugal with local shipping provider CTT and add tracking to each shipment. 

• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The delivery time may vary depending on your location. We always try to process your order within 1-2 business days and strive to ensure you receive your order within 10 business days from the day your order was confirmed. 

• I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

• WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?

Yes, we offer free returns. We only refund the value of the product(s) ordered. If you have paid extra for shipping, that cost won't be compensated.

• HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

No, we do not offer exchanges. If you like to purchase a different size or color, just place a new order. Contact us to handle the return of the shirt. And we will make sure things get solved for you. 

• WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN / REFUND?

It often takes up to 10 business days to process your return and refund after we received it and confirmed to you that we can accept your return. Dont worry, we will remain in contact during the process. And yu can always reach via email. 

• WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF YOUR SHIRTS?

We have two different dimensions. Our first shirts part of the SeaSalt collection are a bit more tailored. We decided to make our latest collection (Number One) a bit more loose-fitting. Just because we like life a bit more breezy. Check our size guide here.

• HOW TO BEST TAKE CARE OF MY SHIRT?

Because all our shirts are handmade with mostly natural techniques we recommend to keep cleaning simple. Use hand wash with cold water. Only use natural detergents. And in case with shirts that are made with natural dye we recommend not using detergents. Stains should be washed rubbing the stain with your hands and some cold water.  We recommend to start by just hanging your shirt outside in the fresh night air. The moon does miracles while we are asleep.

• HOW DO YOU UPCYCLE?

From sheet to shirt might sound catchy, but what does it actually mean? 

1. We source our sheets from partner hotels in Portugal (for now). We use only 100% cotton sheets. 
2. We work with a local seamstress in Lisbon to make white shirts out of the sheets. We always try to ensure no torn and stained textiles are used. However, we all know imperfection is beautiful, so sometimes it might be part of your shirt, providing a unique touch. 
3. The shirts then go to the different artists and crafters who turn white cotton in unique pieces based on their natural techniques like dying, embroidering and more. 
4. After this the shirts go back to the seamstress to attach buttons (which we source from many friends in our community) and labels (which are also made from the same textiles) and so complete our shirts ready for shipment to our customers. 

All payments are secure. We are using Shopify and benefit from its robust and secure platform. We might offer different local payment options based on country and Shopify options. But in general you can pay with debit and credit cards.
